“Tech Export to India” accelerator is looking for 30 technology companies. Thelaunch of the program was announced by the Moscow Export Center (MEC) –the subordinate to the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development. The MEC will finance 90 % of the participation cost.
“Aleksey Fursin, Head of the City Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development noted “Since 2019 graduates of acceleration programs organized by the MEC together with leading profile partners have signed more than 120 export contracts worth about 850 million rubles. The new program will help companies to form an export strategy and to enter the Indian market”
The program is organized jointly with the international company Global Venture Alliance and is designed for IT, energy, transportation, biotechnology and retail tech- teams
The program will run for three months and during that period the participants with the help of business mentors and experts will hold online meetings with potential clients. As well as receive group and individual consultations with local (Indian) experts selected at their request in the beginning. In addition, they will meet the representatives of large Indian corporations.
As a result, Moscow companies will have the opportunity to work through their business models, adapting it to the needs of the foreign market. They will also be able to calculate specific indicators to verify the demand for their products and services, as well as to learn about the specifics of the market and to form their individual approach to a product presentation.
Global Venture Allinace is an international company that implements projects in the field of corporate innovation and startup acceleration. The Moscow Export Center helps entrepreneurs to promote their products to foreign markets. One of the key tasks of the MEC is to increase the number of Moscow exporters and to implement projects for the effective development of their foreign economic activity.
